Weekend Football

With World Series games 3 & 4 this weekend and some great college football and NFL action this weekend it looks like the remote is going to get a workout.

#3 Penn State is at #10 Ohio State Saturday night. Since joining the Big 10 the Lions have not beaten the Buckeyes at the Horseshoe. Penn State is a 3 point dog heading into the game. Meaning basically this is a draw--note home teams get 3 points in betting lines. All the hype in the game has been about Terrell Pryor's snub of the Penn State to go to Columbus. That should serve as enough incentive to the Lions defense to make sure Pryor doesn't do them in. In fact in my personal estimation Pryor will be the 2nd best QB on the field Saturday evening. Penn State's Darryll Clark has been playing at a Heisman level all season long. He will need a mistake free outing for the Nits to win.

Picks

#3 Penn State falls to #10 Ohio State (Sat 6:30 on WSBA)
Ravens make it 2 straight as they beat the Raiders (Sun 12:30p on WSBA)
Eagles beat the Falcons
Redskins dump the Lions
Giants beat the Steelers
Titans stay unbeaten on Monday night as they beat the Colts

Last Week 2-3
Overall 22-17
