Week 1 thoughts

Don't let some of the results of week 1 in the NFL throw you for a loop. No way mid-season do the Chiefs hang with the Ravens, Radiers with the Chargers and the Bills with the Patriots. In each of these games the loser had the entire off-season to prepare for week 1. History says there are usually upsets in the first week of the season. What you should keep an eye on is some key injuries. How will the Bears react to the loss of All Pro linebacker Brian Urlacher and the Eagles without Donovan McNabb. Both these teams relied heavily on these players and their injury could have a huge impact on the remaider of the season.
