Here is hoping that Brad Bergesen is more like Mike Mussina then Daniel Cabrera. The O's rookie righty changed his number to 35--Mussina's number in the 90's and Cabrera's in his stint in Orange & Black--from 64 for last night's start against the Yankees. The 23 year old is one of the hopes for the future for the Orioles...but so was the hard throwing Cabrera. Bergesen looks like the real deal. He just needs to learn how to pitch in the bigs. Last night he went 6 and a third and gave ups 3 hits and 4 runs to the vaunted Yankees line-up. Actually remove the 1st and last innings and he was flat out great! Bergesen is 1-2 with a 5 and a half era but has had a few promising outings in his 6 starts since being called up in early May. Hopefully for Birds fans he can channel Moose!
